

As part of the 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁, an insightful lecture on climate resilience and adaptation was held with the 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗭𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗴𝗶 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹.
The session, led by esteemed climate change expert 𝗠𝗿. 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗿, explored key concepts including climate change, disaster risk reduction (DRR) and its categories, hazards, and mitigation strategies.
The session concluded with a practical hazard assessment exercise, where students, under expert guidance, applied their learning to identify and analyze potential risks, fostering a deeper understanding of resilience-building measures.
