In vision of building back better, RDF today signed an agreement with HELVETAS for rehabilitation of shelters and WASH facilities in four flood affected districts of Sindh province. Dr. Arjumand Nizami, Country Director of HELVETAS Pakistan and Mr. Ashfaque Ahmed Soomro Executive Director RDF signed the agreement.
