30 days technical skills development training in solar technology and climate-resilient construction and infrastructure has been successfully completed, benefitting 25 youth from District Tando Allahyar. The training conducted in collaboration with the SZABIST Training Institute, focused on both theoretical and practical aspects of solar electrification. The main objective of this training was to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to earn a sustainable livelihood by providing repair and maintenance services for solar-powered electrical systems. This initiative not only promotes self employment but also supports the broader goal of fostering renewable energy solutions at the grassroots level, contributing to long term energy sustainability and resilience.
