Interviews were conducted to find and appoint suitable candidates for various teaching positions at RDF-managed schools. Only those who qualified in the recruitment written test were shortlisted and called for the interviews. During the process, candidates were assessed on their subject knowledge, teaching skills, and classroom demonstration abilities to ensure the selection of competent and dedicated educators.
