A two-day interactive professional development program for School Head Masters and Principals of RDF-operated EMO schools in District Jacobabad was successfully conducted at the RDF Regional Office, Shikarpur. The initiative aimed to strengthen school leadership capacity, enhance understanding of EMO operations, and promote effective, accountable school management.
Day 1 featured focused sessions on leadership development, key performance indicators (KPIs), and the School Implementation Framework. Expert presentations were delivered by Mr. Ihsanullah Memon (RPM-RDF), Mr. Niaz Hussain (RPM Advocacy & Community Outreach-RDF), and Mr. Sayed Mohsin (Compliance Manager-RDF), covering the Concession Agreement, performance indicators, implementation policies, and school-level SWOT insights. The sessions were designed to build strategic thinking and reinforce operational understanding among school leaders.
Day 2 continued with dynamic and inspiring engagements.
Dr. Ali Nawab, Assistant Professor at Sukkur IBA University, led an interactive session on leadership ethics, accountability, and instructional management—keeping participants actively involved throughout. This was followed by an address from Mr. Ismail Buriro, District Education Officer (ES&HS) Jacobabad, emphasizing purposeful leadership in fostering resilient and high-performing schools.
A key highlight was the impactful speech by Mr. Sayed Safadar Ali Shah, Director (ES&HS) Larkana Region, whose visionary insights encouraged school leaders to lead with integrity and commitment.
The two-day program concluded with a gesture of appreciation, where traditional Ajrak and souvenirs were presented to the distinguished guests by Mr. Ihsanullah Memon (RPM) and Mr. Niaz Hussain Junejo (RM), reflecting the region’s hospitality and shared dedication to educational excellence.
