

Under the Skill Up Plus initiative, Research and Development Foundation (RDF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic partnership with Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research and Development Board (BBSHRRDB). BBSHRRDB is a leading public sector TVET institution mandated to develop human resources in Sindh by equipping youth (18–35 years) with employable skills.
A simple and graceful ceremony marked this important milestone for RDF. The RDF delegation was led by Mr. Arshad Danwar, Associate Director, who formally signed the MoU. The team also included Mr. Aftab Hussain Soomro, Program Coordinator (TEVT–WHH Projects), and Mr. Aftab Akhund, Project Manager.
The BBSHRRDB delegation comprised Mr. Tameezuddin Kherro, Chairman; Mr. Munawar Ali Mithani, Secretary; Mr. Fayaz Ahmed Rahoojo, Director (Trainings); Engr. Taimoor Ahmed Siyal, Regional Consultant to the Chief Minister Sindh; Mr. Muhammad Suleman Dashti, Regional Consultant to the Chief Minister Sindh; Mr. Shamuddin Ujjan, Additional Director (Trainings); and Syed Muhammad Ali, Deputy Director (Research and Public Sector).
Mr. Mian Hameedullah, Advisor WASH at WHH, and Dr. Lubna Shah, Director (PPP/IL) at Sindh TEVTA, also attended the event as distinguished guests and witnesses.
This partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the TVET sector and expanding sustainable livelihood opportunities for youth across Sindh.
